Mónica is our treasurer since 2016, and a member of our Board since 2024. As treasurer, Mónica oversees the Foundation’s financial operations, including but not limited to financial record keeping, financial compliance, and supporting our Executive Director with the operations of the Foundation and other specific strategies.
In addition to her contributions to the Foundation, Mónica is the Budget and Financial Analysis Vice President at MCS Healthcare Holdings, LLC (“MCS”), where she leads, among other things, budget and financial forecast, procurement and warehouse operations for MCS group of companies. Mónica has over 25 years of experience in budget, financial planning, monitoring and analysis, and other related areas.
She has a bachelor’s degree from Boston College’s Caroll School of Management with a double concentration in finance and in operations and strategic management.
