Dr. Carolyn Rodríguez Rivera is a member of our Board since September 2023. She firmly believes in the Foundation’s goal of providing vulnerable communities—mostly the elderly in impoverished communities and without proper access to healthcare— means to live a better, healthier life. She considers each of the organizations we partner with a key element to achieve real, meaningful transformation in Puerto Rico.
Carolyn currently serves as Chief Pharmacy Officer at MCS Healthcare Holdings, LLC, and is responsible for directing and managing its Pharmacy Department, and all pharmacy-related strategies.
Carolyn has a bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical sciences from the University of Puerto Rico, a master’s degree in health law jurisprudence from Loyola University in Chicago, IL., and a doctor of pharmacy degree from Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.
