Ricardo Martínez Cimadevilla has been a member of our Board of Directors since April 2024. Due to his vast professional experience, he is very knowledgeable about the pressing needs of the elderly in Puerto Rico. His philanthropic responsibility extends to supporting other organizations, being also vice president and interim treasurer of the board of directors of Centro Ararat, Inc. a non-profit organization that mainly offers health services in several clinics in Puerto Rico. As part of his social awareness of the need for the elderly, he is also a member of the activities committee of the Wilnelia Merced Forsyth Foundation, a non-profit organization aimed at developing support for the family and caregivers of Alzheimer’s patients.
Ricardo has over 40 years of executive leadership experience in the insurance industry in both San Francisco and Puerto Rico and participated in the Puerto Rico Health Care Reform and subsequently served as Vice President of Marketing and Corporate Communications and Public Relations for MCS Healthcare Holdings, LLC until 2018. He is currently a senior consultant at MCS.
In addition to devoting much of his career to improving health care for people, Ricardo is an organizer in every sense of the word, a social person, and a true believer in the ideas and energy of the younger generation. His free time is devoted to his friends and family and to his passion for art.
