Jim O'Drobinak serves on our Board of Directors since its creation in 2017. He founded the foundation with the mission of helping affected communities in the aftermath of Hurricane Maria. Since its beginnings, MCS Foundation has become one of the most reputable nonprofit organizations in Puerto Rico.
Jim has also been the Chief Executive Officer of MCS Healthcare Holdings, LLC (“MCS”) and its subsidiaries, and chairman of its board of directors since 2012. Under his leadership, MCS became the leading healthcare plan in Puerto Rico, and the first Medicare Advantage plan in the Island to obtain 5 out of 5 Star Rating from CMS, making it one of only 38 national plans to attain this qualification.
Committed to the Puerto Rico community, Jim is also the chairman of the board of trustees of The Salvation Army, a Christian non-profit entity dedicated to address the needs of underprivileged people.
